Hello there! We are Jana & Jamie of River Medlock Photography, originally from the U.K. and now based in beautiful San Diego. We photograph weddings, couples & families all over California and beyond. Our passion is creating vibrant and emotive photographs that tell the real story of your love!

Some more about us - we got married just over 6 years ago in a little park in Northern California on the banks of the Stanislaus River. We shared vows down by the water, which we swam in right after our ceremony, it was magical! Photographing weddings together is such a joy and we have been shooting together for over 7 years. When we don’t have a camera in hand, you can find us swimming in the ocean, watching horror movies or playing absurdly long board games.
